Firslty, Boosted Proposal Bid Table is now out of 6-weeks testing and live for all freelancers. We’ve made a separate detailed post with our honest opinion about this update several weeks ago (read it here), so we let’s focus on the second update.
The changes only concern renaming of some subcategories and specialties. But while this seems like a very minor update, the right specialties in your profile may cause a lot more (of less) invites you receive from clients. If you are not happy with your current visibility on the platform - try to play with skills and specialties to get more relevant high quality invites.
In Accounting & Consulting 2 specialties were renamed: Business Analysis 👉 Business Analysis & Strategy and Life Coaching 👉 Personal Coaching.
In Admin Support Other Research & Product Reviews specialty was renamed to 👉 Other Market Research & Product Reviews.
In Customer Service: Customer Experience & Tech Support Subcategory is now 👉 Customer Service & Tech Support & Other Customer Experience & Tech Support specialty is 👉 Other Customer Service & Tech Support.
2 renaming also in Design & Creative: Caricatures & Portraits 👉 Portraits & Caricatures, and Music Composition 👉 Songwriting & Music Composition
In IT & Networking: DevOps & Solutions Architecture changed to 👉 DevOps & Solution Architecture subcategory, and Solutions Architecture 👉 Solution Architecture.
In Sales & Marketing, Search Engine Optimization specialty changed into 👉 SEO
