Back in 2021 we had a client at Etcetera called Next Level Communication . They help leaders and organizations become next level communicators and were in the need of a bold, engaged branding and a striking website design that would set them apart from the crowd.

Our team of illustrator, designer and developer delivered these solutions with careful attention to the client's vision and goals. How did we know the client loved us?

Fast forward to 2023, Next Level Communication is taking their business to a new level and comes back to Etcetera with their redesign and development needs.

As the company grew, they realised the importance of their digital footprint keeping up with their real-world growth. They were in need of a website redesign to match their expanded company.

Redesign stage

The project was multi-layered, though exceptionally guided by Petro, our design maestro, and Dmytro, our development whiz. Petro rewired the aesthetic fabric of the website, creating wireframes that would act as the solid foundation of the fresh design. Drawing from the Next Level Communication's now more complex character, he crafted a sleek and modern desktop design, seamlessly transitioning to a responsive and user-friendly mobile interface. To ensure the optimal user journey and experience, Petro developed a clickable prototype, accounting for every detail - big and small.

Development stage

Next was the development phase where Dmytro worked his magic, sophisticating the features to foster an interactive browsing experience. The game-changer was his decision to move the site from Elementor to Gutenberg Blocks. While Elementor was perfect for the client 2 years ago, they wanted more functionality with their updated site, which we were able to achieve. This switch was not only instrumental in increasing the website's speed but also kept the admin interface user-friendly catering to the evolving needs of Next Level Communication.

Among the features implemented, a standout was the strategically placed 'Floated Call To Action Button', serving as an instant touchpoint for potential customers, effectively enhancing Next Level Communication's customer relations. The OnScroll animation was another attractive addition, making the website visually engaging, ensuring visitors wouldn't rush to hit the exit.

Working again with Next Level Communication was like catching up with an old friend. It is a gerat example that if you deliver quality work and create strong, lasting relationships with clients, they will become your life-long partners.
