We are trying to remain in an effective mode in Etcetera despite everything that’s going on in Ukraine. This means sticking to our processes and following our usual routine when we can. So, at the end of last month we gathered all together for our traditional All Hands meeting to talk about Etcetera winter 2022 achievements. And as usual, we are sharing them with you in today’s post.

  • We went over Upwork updates, including Updates to Work Diary & Ukraine Tax VAT Collection.

  • Sent our warm wishes to 8 team members who celebrated their birthdays in winter.

  • Welcomed a new developer in our team (see previous post).

  • Reminded about our major role change that transferred some responsibilities within the team. If you want to learn how it’s supposed to increase our effectiveness, find a separate post from February 8th.

Our main plans for this spring are:

  1. Standardise the workflow on all our projects.

  2. Grow the team. We are now looking for the following candidates, so please share this post with anyone who you think would be a great fit for Etcetera.
