Here are some podcasts that can help you maintain your mental health, especially during war or other crises.

Ukrainian Podcasts:

  • Rich Inner World by Yevhen Piletsky – A podcast about modern psychology and psychotherapy, discussing serious psychological research and debunking common pseudoscientific myths.
  • “I Know How It Feels” by IZONE Media – The main characters are people who have experienced mental health disorders. They share their experiences, therapy moments, and struggles. Psychologists and therapists also provide insights.
  • “Mentalochka” – Covers topics about mental health in the context of today’s challenges, like anxiety, depression, and stress, with tips on managing them. It also touches on therapy and mental health support.
  • Take a Pause – A podcast by psychologist Marta Pryriz about mental health in a changing world. It discusses how to adapt to change, face challenges, and seek professional help when needed.
