Sharing Knowledge is a meeting led by one of our team members (whoever feels like it) where they share their experiences. The person prepares thoroughly in advance to dive deep into a topic, offering useful insights to anyone who's interested.
We started this format back in 2018, and every two months we meet to discuss relevant topics. If our team has a specific need but lacks the expertise, we invite an external speaker.
Whenever the team needs a deep dive into a problem or a tool, we schedule a meeting. The topics can range from technical tools for developers or designers to strategies for the sales team. Anyone in the agency is welcome to join.
Each team member faces unique challenges and finds different solutions while working on various projects. During Sharing Knowledge meetings, participants share their experiences, discussing specific situations they’ve encountered and how they solved them. This helps others learn from real examples and be better prepared for similar situations in the future.
This month, our tech lead and developer Volodymyr took the stage with the topic, “Testing Methods and Tools in PHP and WordPress.” You can read more about Volodymyr here.
