Did you ever have a genius idea on how to make the life of users on Upwork better? Unfortunately, all you could do until recently was to write about it somewhere in community discussions and hope it would get noticed. Which wasn’t very promising or exciting to be honest. But not anymore!
With Upwork new initiative it’s now possible to have your ideas about improving Upwork community noticed and implemented! Community Idea Exchange is an opportunity for all clients, freelancers, and internal Upworkers to contribute ideas. And while for now they are opening this feature up to ideas about community, in the future it’s likely to apply to all Upwork products.
Could you imaging coming up with an idea that Upwork will actually turn into reality? We are really excited about this opportunity!
At any time you can submit your idea and upvote and comment on other ideas. Before submitting, it’s better to check if a similar idea already exists. Then it will increase its chances if you upvote and comment on how to improve it rather than creating a new one.
Once a month Upwork teams will review ideas from the most upvoted ones, and accept those that they want to implement.
You can also subscribe to get notifications for comments and changes to your idea and when new ideas are submitted.
