Do your clients like working with you so much that they would want to share with others?
With a recent update Upwork
has enabled Virtual talent bench list sharing, so the clients can now share not only individual links to freelance profiles, but entire lists of saved freelancers.
Upwork created Virtual talent bench almost a year ago . The feature allows clients to save freelancers in lists (for example, a list of developers, or a list of graphic designers). They can create as many lists as they like and organize freelance profiles to find them easily in the future. For example, we find the feature super useful when looking for new team members for Etcetera.
Starting June 13, it is possible to send saved lists to other users or visitors of Upwork.
For clients this new feature can be pretty helpful, for example:
They can save a list of freelancers they’ve worked with on previous projects and share with others later as a recommendation.
“This feature is step one towards providing our clients a way to collaborate with their peers in regards to sharing pre-screened talent lists,” says Product Manager Kosta A.
We are eager to see that will be step two.
