We have your back.

And leg

Did you know Etcetera has an internal position called Profile Assistant?
PAs help our agency run smoothly and efficiently day after day.

  • PAs create and update content for freelancers profiles. Their work is to make Description, Skills and Portfolios the best representation of the freelancer’s services. It makes it easy for prospective clients to judge if the freelancer’s skills match their needs and requirements.
  • They analyze statistics and follow recent trends so that our team profiles perform best and stand out from the average.
  • PAs support freelancers to keep on track with their work routine. They check weekly if the freelancer plans day-offs, vacations, and how much work they have planned for the week. Thanks to this, our freelancers never disappear into the dark with unfinished projects, which is one of the clients’ biggest fears.
  • PAs have monthly calls with their freelancers which we call 1-on-1. During this call, they discuss what happened during the months, find if there are any issues, set goals, and make sure that the freelancer is happy in the team and able to deliver the best quality service.

Although invisible to most clients, Profile Assistants are vital to the excellent performance of Etcetera and important position in our agency.
