Today, we’re excited to share a recent project where we redesigned and developed the website for Snow Fox Partners, an investment company focused on meaningful real estate projects in the U.S.

This case study highlights how we aligned design, technology, and functionality to create a modern, user-friendly website that supports Snow Fox’s mission to balance financial returns with community impact.

Client Background

Snow Fox Partners specializes in alternative investments with a focus on affordable housing and sustainable growth. Our collaboration began in 2021, and after working on other projects, Snow Fox returned in 2023 to revamp its website.

Project Goals

Snow Fox wanted a fresh website design that is visually appealing, aligned with their brand identity, and efficient in terms of page speed. Here’s what we set out to accomplish:

Project Stages

Redesign Phase

Wireframes and Mockups: We began by creating wireframes to outline the site’s structure and flow.
Design: After approval of the homepage design, we proceeded with internal pages and mobile versions. An initial idea to add a light/dark theme switch was ultimately streamlined based on user experience considerations.

Development Phase

For development, we chose Gutenberg, WordPress’s native block editor, to streamline performance without additional plugins. This choice improved speed and simplified future updates for the client.

Age speed was a priority, so we replaced old plugins, optimized elements, and implemented on-scroll animations for a seamless user experience.
When developing responsive websites, we used a “Mobile first” approach to ensure accessibility
