It's been a while since we showed you great cases from the Etcetera portfolio, so we wanted to fix it.
Our designer just finished making the last changes to this furniture catalog and the client loves how it came out. His business offers high-quality furniture and equipment for hair and style salons in Australia. They provide solutions to create a stylish interior at an affordable price and needed a catalog to represent their product line.
Initially, the client was looking just for an experienced graphic designer to create a furniture catalog for the brand. It turned out in the process that he also needs text for the product pages. Etcetera's copywriter helped with that, saving him time and money looking for another freelancer.
Design
The goal for the design was to create a stylish catalog, matching high-end products of the brand. So, we offered several options for the font, background, colors, and other design elements, that looked elegant, but at the same time professional and easy to read.
In order to showcase a variety of products in different categories, the designer developed a logical and structured layout for the pages. It allows easily to find the product you are looking for and see all important details.
Thanks to some references that client sent us for inspiration, the end design of the catalog hit all client's goals and made him happy.
Copywriting
Together with the designer, the copywriter was working on the text for the product pages and salons' descriptions.The goal was to transmit the main advantages of the brand such as affordability, high quality, and stylish design. Based on an example from a competitor catalog and some research, we sent the first draft of the text.
The client had just a few comments, which we quickly applied and the designer was able to put together the final result.
We hope the catalog will help to stylishly furnish many salons.
